Why IITs have quality education than other Engg college?

1.All IIT has only PhD faculties with high talency as well as experiance. To become IIT faculty, PhD must be in premier institute like IIT or US ,UK universities with minimum 3 year teaching experiance. Professor as promotioned after 10 year experince.
2.student to faculty ratio ,9:1
3.facilty availabe very cheply, hostels have 24 hr internet facility, with other extra facilities.
4.Facility to learn foreign languages -german,french etc.
5.Online books available
6. 7 old IIT-bombay,delhi,guhawati,kanpur,kanpur,madras,roorkee.
8 new IIT to launch=gandinagar,rupanagar(punjab),Indor,Hyderabad,jaipur,ETC

highly qualified faculty is a must for quality education. Most of the private engineering colleges in India lack good teachers. I think this is a major problem regarding engineering education. This is especially true for the courses like Electronics and telecommunication, Information Technology, Computer Engineering etc.
