IT's depends on you. If you want take admission as your choice means which field/Branch would you like.And about college personally i will choose college.Take your decision and Best Of Luck.

Its difficult to change branch after admission. Only very few can change their branch in second year. There is no proper procedure for that. Many colleges do it on merit basic in addition to some fee.
I think branch preference is more important, as your career goes with it.
By the way, try to make use of english as much as possible as this is english forum. Also Avoid using multiple question marks etc and make your post clean.
