How to get sponsorship?
We can get the sponsorship in two ways:
1. We approach the sponsors and they provide us the project topic.
2. We have our own project topic and we approach the sponsors for sponsorship.

• Very first task is to identify the companies that would be interested and support for the projects from the engineering students.
• After identifying the company , figure out the current technologies which are being used in the company.
• Try to get recommendation from your college which will be very beneficial for getting project from the company.
• If you have the recommendation then it is your positive side but don’t get afraid if you are not having any recommendation,
Without any recommendation you can approach to company.
• The next task is, How to contact the sponsors?
• It is the most important as well as a hard and challenging task. You can contact the sponsors through the mails
or personal meets with respective persons from the company.
• If you contact through mail then write a mail which should be viewed for understanding.
• Do not forget to attach your resume (CV) to the mail. If you are working in group then attach group resume (CV).

The resume must focus on the following things:
• Technical skills.
• Previous project experience.
• Language skills.(mostly for Comp. and IT)
• The technologies you are well aware of.
• Your area of interest.
• Last but not least mention your innovative ideas about the project.

If you are directly meeting the respective person from the company then following things should be taken care of:
• Dress formally
• Be punctual.
• Have a fluent communication.
• Explain your innovative ideas and prove you are the BEST for the project which is company is assigning you.
• While going for meeting keep your resume(CV) with you along with extra copies.

2. We have our own project topic and approach to sponsors:

• Before the companies’ information, estimate the cost of project considering hardware, software etc. required.
This should be a full fledged estimate with also a 5-10 % tolerance which proves beneficial during expansion etc.
• Next task is to identify the companies that would be interested and support for the projects from the engineering students
• Give details about the project to sponsors as regards project platform, technology to be used.
• Prove that your project is beneficial as well as different from routine and company will have profits if it investing for you.
